Paradis Vert Krabi is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property beyond our reasonable control. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Krabi Province, Thailand.
